Pat pointed out that the Dominican Republic(on the other side of the island) is very prosperous.  If you call being the prostitution capitol of the Americas(that includes child prostitution) being “prosperous,” well, um, ok, the D.R. is prosperous.  But Pat, doesn’t God frown on stuff like that?  Why are they safe and happy and Haiti is cursed.

Ironically, the Dominican Republic is where Rush Limbaugh(yesterday’s other vile bigmouth on the Haiti catastrophe) was coming from a few years ago when he was busted at Miami Airport for possession of Viagra(a violation of his drug scandal settlement thingy).  He was accompanied by male buddies — hmmm, a stag-cation – in the prostitution capitol of the Americas.  I’m just sayin’.
